We went on our first overnight hotel trip with Violet to the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids. We had dinner with Uncle Travis and Aunt Jessi before they left by train for Seattle. We stayed for two nights on the 19th floor at the hotel with Shane's parents (Grandma Cathy and Grandpa Larry) Violet's favorite thing to do at the hotel was to strut around the massive lobby like she was big stuff. She did great sleeping in pack n' play. We went to the Grand Rapids Children's Museum which was awesome! They had two levels of all kinds of learning toys for babies on up.
