Beautiful Fall

The last two weekends have been absolutely spectacular fall days. We have had lots of fun taking fall pictures of Violet. We're getting ready for Halloween. Violet is going to be a pink flower and the pugs are bumblebees. Today we went to Crossroads Village with Violet dressed up and took some cute ones of her in her costume in the leaves.

Violet had a great time with Daddy and splashing around with her pal Audrey at swim class yesterday.

Fall Day at the Zoo

Last Sunday we took Violet to the zoo. This was her second trip there, but this time we took Daddy. :) We had a brick made with her name and birth date on it and they sent us a note saying that it had been placed in front of the alligator house, so we had to go check it out. The weather was gorgeous and fall leaves were too. Violet had fun riding the carousel and train and looking at all the animals. We'll probably get a season pass next year so we can go more often. It is such a great little zoo to visit.

Johnson's Giant Pumpkin Farm October 2010

Violet got to visit Johnson's Giant Pumpkin Farm today with Mommy and Daddy. It was such a beautiful day. The weather was perfect. She really enjoyed looking at all the animals and even sharing a doughnut with Daddy. Shane is now off to watch the U of M vs. MSU game. GO BLUE!
