Shane had a very nice first Father's Day. He got to sleep in and relax. Violet was decked out in her "I love Daddy" onesie.
Violet and I went on our first trip without daddy this week to visit Grandma Sally and Grandpa Don in Ohio. We had a great trip. Violet was so good in the car for the 3 1/2 hour drive both ways. We had a nice visit and got to see Uncle Jon, and visit Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa Edwards for the first time. We went to a t-ball game that Uncle Jon coaches and played in the pool. Violet got to hang out with some of our cousins and my step-sister, Cynthia's 2 month old baby, Bristol. We're back home now and waiting for daddy to come home from work. We missed him!
